From Sugar Hill to The Chesapeake

My brave Grandparent's after they said goodbye to their home of 40 or so years. A home that my Grandpa built. A home in an area rich with family history. In the picture below - they are waiting at my sister, Amanda's home while their daugheter's and son get their new apartment moved in. (I brought some good ole peanuts for comfort food:))

Grandma's new spot to wave good-bye...
Though it was a sad day, it was also a blessed day spending time with family and comforting to know my Grandparents are in a place they will be better taken care of.
Praying that Grandma and Grandpa's time at the Chesapeake will be filled with the presence of God. They know this is their last home until God takes them to their real HOME in Heaven. Each day is a gift and there is purpose in it no matter how young or old. Don't waste your life chasing after the wind, but surrender to the God who formed and loves you.
Jeremiah 29:11-13
"May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord's face shine upon you and be gracious to you. My the Lord lift His countenance on you and give you peace." Numbers 6:24-25
